Job Description

• Design Tailored Therapy Programs: Assess clients' requirements and formulate personalized treatment plans to facilitate their functional achievements
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-informed methodologies to improve clients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough and comprehensive care
• Guide Clients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic practices to promote continuous improvement at home
• Track and Adjust Care Progress: Monitor clinical developments and adapt treatment methods as necessary to ensure patient objectives are met

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and advanced certifications are welcomed and encouraged

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
