Associate Director, Business Operations, Quality Control

Role: Associate Director of Business Operations for Global Quality Control leading governance, portfolio management, and strategic planning to enable disciplined execution across QC transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: develop and maintain governance frameworks, operational KPIs, and performance reporting oversee cross-functional planning with Supply Chain, Engineering, Digital, and other departments prepare executive communications and strategic updates monitor portfolio risks, dependencies, and organizational priorities drive continuous improvement and digital initiatives, including compliance and cost efficiencies. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Life Science, or related field 8+ years in business operations, manufacturing, strategy, or program management within regulated life sciences or biotech environments experience in establishing governance, portfolio management, and executive reporting strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
