Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitating both individual and family therapy sessions, addressing a range of issues including relationship conflicts, grief, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote client recovery and progress.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in line with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to:

• Managing grief and loss issues, including support for bereaved family members.
\n
• Addressing conflicts among family members, including siblings and blended families.
\n
• Providing therapeutic support for individuals facing job-related stress or medical issues.

• Working with clients dealing with alcohol abuse or mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
