This role partners closely with Wolfgang Puck Catering and internal Aquarium teams to lead event logistics, labor planning, and operational coordination across a wide range of event formats. With a primary focus on logistics and operational execution, this position provides hands‑on leadership before, during, and after events, ensuring teams, resources, and timelines stay aligned. The Catering Operations Manager brings a collaborative mindset, strong event knowledge, and a solutions‑oriented approach to both Aquarium‑based and off‑site events. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute event logistics for on‑site Aquarium events and off‑premise events Oversee staffing, labor planning, and on‑site staffing coordination Coordinate operational details across culinary, facilities, sales, and event teams Manage vendors, rentals, equipment, and transportation logistics for varied event locations Ensure compliance with safety, service, and operational standards across all event settings Support event timelines, floor plans, and production needs from setup through breakdown Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and guest experience What We’re Looking For Background inevent logistics, banquet operations, or catering management Experience supporting both on‑site and off‑premise events Familiarity with labor planning, staffing coordination, and operational workflows Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple events or priorities Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across departments and partners Strong understanding of event flow, logistics, and operational execution Wolfgang Puck Catering is a member of Compass Group USA Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
