Personal Lines Account Manager

Redwoods Leavitt Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate, is seeking an energetic, motivated professional with a winning attitude to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager in Medford-Grant Pass, OR or Crescent City, CA . The Personal Lines Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service while managing and growing personal insurance accounts.

Job Duties

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication via phone, email, and written correspondence

• Meet with clients as needed to review accounts and address insurance needs

• Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions

• Accurately document client activity in the Agency Management System

• Process incoming emails and client requests promptly

• Issue certificates of insurance, ID cards, policies, and related documents

• Quote, sell, and service personal lines insurance policies

• Prepare applications, submit to carriers, and obtain client signatures

• Manage policy renewals and maintain accurate client files

What You Bring

• Active Property & Casualty license.

• Experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager.

• AMS360 experience preferred

• Understanding of Personal Lines coverages and service processes

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency with basic office software and comfort learning agency systems.
