Grades 9 - 12 K-5 School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Lancaster, Pennsylvania

This contract position offers the opportunity to provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services to students across elementary and middle school grades. Serving students from Kindergarten through 8th grade, this role supports the development of crucial communication skills in a dynamic school environment located in Lancaster, PA.


Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience working with students in grades K-8
• Ability to support supervision; availability to take Clinical Fellows (CFs)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with educators and families
• Familiarity with school-based therapy strategies and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 40 hours per week of direct SLP services to students across grades K-8
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Assist in supervising Clinical Fellows and support their professional development
