Work Environment

This fully remote position offers the flexibility to create your own schedule while working from the comfort of your home. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and screenings. Our practice employs advanced digital tools and systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and Google Suite, to maintain robust communication and organizational efficiency. We emphasize a work-life balance, allowing therapists to focus on client care without the demands of on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, ensuring tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches that foster client engagement and advancement.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process and promoting holistic healing.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the treatment team to ensure an integrated and client-centered care approach.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with pre-screened clients who are stable and exhibit low acuity levels, allowing for a focused therapeutic approach. Your clients may include adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relational issues. This targeted focus enables you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships that result in significant progress and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a clinical setting.
• Experience in delivering telehealth therapy services is preferred, particularly with adolescents and young adults.
• Proficiency in navigating technology, including EHR software and remote communication tools.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with treatment frameworks that emphasize family involvement in therapy.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training in our proprietary care pathways and evidence-based practices.
• Prior involvement in collaborative multidisciplinary teams can be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
