Job Overview Marvin Composites is hiring a Industrial Project Manager at our Fargo, ND location. If you're someone who enjoys bringing order to complex projects, working with a variety of teams, and helping drive meaningful improvements, this could be a great fit.As an Industrial Project Manager, you'll lead and coordinate projects for our Maintenance Engineering team, including equipment, facility, utility, and safety improvements. You'll manage project timelines, budgets, scopes of work, contractors, and documentation while partnering with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and other teams to move projects from planning through completion. Your work will help improve equipment and facility reliability, strengthen processes, and support safe, effective operations. Highlights of your role Lead maintenance and engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budgetCoordinate with maintenance, engineering, operations, contractors, and cross-functional teams to align priorities, remove obstacles, and keep projects moving forwardManage project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and documentation while communicating progress, risks, and key milestonesSupport facility, utility, equipment, and safety-related projects that improve operational performance and reliabilityDrive continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce inefficiencies, and strengthen project outcomesBuild strong working relationships through clear communication, customer-focused support, and collaboration across teams You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Autodesk tools (AutoCAD experience preferred)Experience managing projects in a manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or maintenance environment Strong communication skills and relationship building skills with the ability to work effectively across a variety of teamsA customer focused mindset and an interest in finding ways to improve processes and outcomes Also want to make sure you have A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Engineering, strongly preferredDemonstrated project management experience and strong organizational skillsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin Marvin Composites produces custom fiberglass components used in many of the premium windows and doors manufactured by Marvin, a family-owned and -led company.
