Automotive Service Advisor

Automotive service advisors greet customers, listen to their description of the problems or service needed, determine the type of service required and prepare repair orders. If a vehicle requires additional repairs not covered in the original order, they estimate the additional cost and telephone the customer for permission to do the work. They also advise customers on other available services.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and schedule service appointments
• Explain repair recommendations clearly
• Provide updates throughout the service process
• Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships

Pay & Schedule: $55,000 – $85,000/year + commission

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and positive attitude
• Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening and possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent
