About Us
Total Care ABA is seeking dedicated and compassionate BCBAs to join our dynamic* in-center team in Bloomington, Indiana .* We also offer hybrid positions for those seeking greater flexibility. At Total Care ABA, we believe in providing a balanced work-life environment, allowing our team to thrive professionally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs are updated as needed.
Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance the effectiveness of our behavior change programs.
Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.
Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources).
Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) tailored to client needs.
Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
