Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to gain comprehensive insights into their emotional struggles, relationship dynamics, and therapeutic needs, which inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize family systems theory and systemic interventions to address complex relationship issues and enhance communication among clients, while also educating them on coping mechanisms and conflict resolution strategies.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support, carefully monitoring the safety and well-being of clients and their families during high-stress situations.

• Maintain meticulous electronic records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive and set between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
