Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.87 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Tue: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Wed: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Thur: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Fri: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require follow‑up. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations according to post instructions. Support access control, visitor processing, and basic incident reporting while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter disruptions and promote orderly operations. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
