Sales Consultant, Foot & Ankle - (Philadelphia / Lehigh Valley) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot & Ankle products in the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley region. The role involves building clinical relationships with surgeons, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets while providing product expertise and operating room support.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in DePuy Synthes foot and ankle product portfolio and competitive landscape
• Generate new business and expand sales with existing customers through targeted selling efforts
• Educate surgeons, hospital staff, and clinicians on proper product utilization and clinical applications
• Provide operating room case coverage and support to surgeons, residents, and OR personnel as needed
• Achieve sales quotas and business plan objectives while managing territory accounts and inventory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience, or Associates degree with 4+ years, or Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years
• Ability to work in laboratory and operating room environments
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills in healthcare settings
• Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and independent work capabilities
• Successful background investigation and driving record review
• Knowledge of foot and ankle orthopedic products, trauma, or related specialties
