Core Responsibilities
System Enhancement & Support: Analyze business requirements to configure and optimize SAP modules (SAP SCM, SD/LE, MM, or SAP FCM).
Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and implement improvements using best practices.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Korea HQ to align IT solutions with manufacturing and business needs.
Documentation & Testing: Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues/defects (break/fix).
