Director, Product Management

Role Description

As Director of Product Management, you will set and execute the product and solution strategy with a strong bias toward action and delivery. This role requires a self-starter mindset, the ability to balance long-term product vision with near-term execution, and hands-on engagement with emerging technologies. In partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the product lifecycle while maintaining awareness of the competitive and technology landscape.

You will program-manage multiple strategic, cross-functional initiatives spanning:

• Product requirements
• Build
• Training
• Legal
• Marketing
• Commercialization/go-to-market activities
• Vendor engagement
• Client communication

Additional responsibilities include:

• Executive reporting
• Roadmap ownership
• Change management support
• Annual planning
• Continuous improvement of product operations

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of job experience
• 3–5 years of people leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred area of study: Computer Science or related field

Requirements

• 7+ years leading matrix teams in an enterprise environment
• 5+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare
• 5+ years of program or product management experience
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategy and execution
• Hands-on experience with low-code development or orchestration platforms
• Experience presenting to and influencing executive-level stakeholders
• Exposure to vendor management, spend integrity/compliance, and applied analytics/AI solutions supporting financial controls
• Proven ability to lead initiatives with impact across multiple business units
