Property Manager / Business Development Representative

Location: Salisbury, MD | Full-Time
Position Summary
Delmarva Property Management Group is seeking an energetic and motivated Property Manager / Business Development Representative to help grow our portfolio while providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants. This position combines property management with outside sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop new property management clients through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
- Conduct property owner consultations and present our management services.
- Manage owner and tenant relationships.
- Coordinate leasing, inspections, maintenance, and vendor services.
- Assist with rent collection, lease renewals, and tenant communication.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to property owners.
- Meet monthly growth and client retention goals.
Qualifications
- Sales, property management, real estate, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Maryland real estate license is a plus but not required.
