Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Providing therapy to couples both together and individually, focusing on shared challenges and enhancing relational skills.
\n
• Specializing in issues such as alcohol or substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating sessions that address job stress, medical issues, parenting dynamics, and other pertinent family matters.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to integrate care, ensuring a holistic approach to patient well-being.

• Documenting progress and outcomes effectively to contribute to the ongoing improvement of treatment protocols and patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will include a diverse adult population as well as children and adolescents. You will address a wide array of mental health concerns and family dynamics, working intimately with various family structures, including blended families and families navigating grief or significant life changes such as divorce or separation.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field of study.
