Albright is an NCAA Division III member institution as well as a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), and the Commonwealth Conference. Essential Job Functions Assist head coach with day to day coaching. Recruit prospective student athletes on and off campus. Evaluate athletic talent for recruits. Organize recruiting communications and campus visits. Assist with planning and implementation of practices. Manage team social media accounts. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Prerequisites COMMUNICATION: Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. SKILLS: Playing and/or coaching flag football necessary. EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE: Coaching experience at high school or college level. EDUCATION: College degree or equivalent required. LICENSES: Drivers license required.
