401(k) Product Manager I

401(k) Product Manager I ADP is seeking an experienced Product Manager to enhance our ADP TotalSource Retirement Savings Plan. The role involves collaborating with internal partners and external vendors to create product efficiencies, maintain compliance, manage costs, and save time. What you’ll do Research and monitor new legislation and industry trends related to 401(k) plans, and facilitate necessary changes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors to drive innovative product improvements. Track product effectiveness, report outcomes, and prioritize tasks based on impact. Support targeted client communication initiatives and product enhancements. Communicate updates and changes to internal stakeholders, including leadership. Contribute to the development of a strategic product roadmap. To succeed in this role 3–5 years of 401(k) experience in a similar role. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of 401(k) regulations and market trends. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to prioritize, influence decisions, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Benefits and compensation Base salary: \$55,500‑\$103,700 per year (depending on location, skills, and experience). Potential additional compensation: bonus, equity, commissions.
