This position plays a key role in keeping operations organized, supporting vendor coordination, and ensuring day-to-day business functions run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment and enjoys taking ownership of administrative processes.Key Responsibilities:* Support day-to-day administrative operations for a property management team* Process and track invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion* Assist with vendor coordination, contract documentation, and system updates* Monitor and maintain internal systems and reporting tools* Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and manage logistics* Take and distribute meeting notes and follow-ups* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes* Track deadlines and proactively follow up with team membersRequirements* 1+ years of administrative experience (property management or real estate experience is a plus)* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Professional communication skills (written and verbal)* Comfortable working onsite full-time* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentTechnical Skills:* Experience with Outlook and Teams* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* Exposure to property management or financial systems is a plusJob TypeContractCompensation20 - $25
