Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients entering the detox program, with the goal of tailoring treatment plans that enhance recovery outcomes.

• Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that treatment strategies reflect best practices.

• Monitor and measure progress as part of a team approach, documenting outcomes and recommending modifications to treatment plans as necessary.

• Establish rapport with clients and their families to foster a supportive and trusting therapeutic environment that encourages open communication and cooperation.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop joint treatment plans with families, focusing on strategies that promote child development and enhance recovery.

• Assist families in gaining valuable skills and knowledge about their child's development in the context of detox treatment, employing a coaching model and natural environment teaching.

• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations concerning social work practice in a healthcare setting, ensuring compliance that safeguards client well-being.

In this role, you will primarily work with families and children who have experienced significant challenges related to substance use. Qualifications\n
