About The Role The Accounting Manager owns the general ledger, financial close process, and compliance controls, ensuring accurate reporting under US GAAP and SOX frameworks. The role partners closely with executive leadership and external auditors to drive seamless audits, manage technical accounting memos, and maintain rigorous internal controls for a scaling technology organization. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in NetSuite Ensure compliance with US GAAP, maintaining rigorous documentation and technical accounting policies Own SOX internal controls, leading audit readiness, testing, and remediation efforts Supervise revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, and complex accrual accounting Collaborate with external audit teams and tax advisors to deliver accurate financial statements Mentor and develop accounting staff, driving continuous process automation and efficiency What We Are Looking For 5-7 years of accounting experience combining Big 4 public accounting and high-growth tech industry experience Active CPA license required; strong mastery of US GAAP and SOX compliance frameworks Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP and Excel; experience with automated close tools Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical accounting issues and cross-functional stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Bonus: Experience with SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q) and IPO readiness initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
