What Youll Do:

• Process and enter vendor invoices accurately
• Match invoices to supporting documentation
• Assist with check runs and payment processing
• Maintain vendor files and update account information
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Scan, file, and organize AP documentation
• Support the accounting team with clerical and administrative projects as needed

What Were Looking For:

• 1+ years of accounts payable, accounting, or office support experience
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
