Job Overview

In this role, you’ll:

Source prospects and utilizing client acquisition techniques
Consult clients on financial strategies based on their financial goals
Comply with all regulatory requirements, including licensing and registrations
Meet production goals as outlined in training programs
Balance a multitude of activities, including obtaining referrals, client follow-through and administrative tasks
Expand your knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and networking
Receive ongoing training and support
Be a part of a supportive team that encourages personal growth and celebrates achievements

Desired Skills & Experience

✅Bachelor’s degree - Finance or business discipline preferred or equivalent work experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

✅Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently

✅Excellent relationship management

✅Strong communication skills

✅Positive, customer focused attitude, with a desire to exceed customer expectations
