Executive Chef for Seasonal Hotel in Las Vegas

As the Executive Chef for our seasonal hotel in Las Vegas you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service You will lead a team of culinary professionals and work closely with other departments to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests This position requires a highly skilled and experienced chef who can handle high-volume fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional standards Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including menu planning food preparation and presentation Train mentor and manage a team of culinary professionals Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and exceptional guest service Maintain inventory levels and control costs to meet budget targets Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Develop new menu items and update existing menus based on seasonality and guest feedback Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards Handle guest concerns or complaints related to food or service promptly Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a fine dining establishment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills with fluency in English additional languages are an asset Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed Assets Prior experience working in a seasonal hotel or resort environment Experience creating menus for different types of dietary restrictions eg vegetarian gluten-free Familiarity with local ingredients and suppliers in Las Vegas area Salary $1700 per month negotiable based on experience We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who possess the required skills and experience Applicants must have valid work authorization for the United States Are you a talented Executive Chef looking for an exciting opportunity in Las Vegas #J-18808-Ljbffr BuySphere Retail Staffing
