What You'll Be Doing As our Admin Assistant, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our operations are efficient and our members feel valued. Your key responsibilities will include: Handling telephone calls and greeting members with a friendly and professional demeanor. Managing front desk inquiries and member correspondence. Updating databases, managing files, and maintaining an organized filing system. Ordering supplies and handling mail to keep the club running seamlessly. Entering data into reports and creating email or postal mail campaigns. Acting as a liaison between members and club staff/management to ensure clear communication. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has the skills to keep everything in order. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Strong multitasking and time-management skills to handle diverse responsibilities. The ability to organize and create orderly systems that enhance efficiency. Experience in computer technology , including Excel, PowerPoint, and social media marketing.
