Floor Manager

Our Mill Valley store is seeking a Full Time Floor Manager. This is a great position for someone who is an experienced leader who loves supporting the community with great customer service while also supporting staff in a busy natural foods market. This position learns all departments and oversees the retail floor while we are open. This position is full time, PM shifts with one weekend day required. Responsibilities In-the-moment leadership of staff Giving and modeling exceptional customer service Performing service duties in all departments Timely reporting of customer service, staffing, injury, and equipment issues through the proper channels Ensuring safety of staff and customers and responding to incidents Supporting and guiding all on-the-floor operations Must undergo CPR and First Aid training and certification Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time, and lift and move up to 40 lbs Qualifications At least one year of leadership experience in a previous job Previous grocery retail experience preferred Maturity, adaptability, integrity and professionalism Accuracy with details, strong verbal communication skills, self-initiative, prioritization skills Ability to take direction gracefully, partner well, be flexible, and contribute to a positive work environment A high level of ownership and high standards for work quality Fluency in English required For our Full-Time Employees, we offer: Profit Share Bonuses Medical, dental and vision plans Paid Vacation and Sick Time 30% storewide discount, 50% discount on made to order Takeout food and drink 401k benefit with employer match #J-18808-Ljbffr
