We are seeking a Partner Business Development Representative to support our client’s team. Job Summary Our client is hiring a Partner BDR to manage SI recruitment, partner onboarding, deal registration, and Salesforce hygiene as their partner ecosystem grows. Contract role with full‑time potential. What You’ll Do Run outreach and follow‑up sequences to systems integrators Own SI conversations around program tiers, incentives, and onboarding Triage deal registrations and maintain Salesforce hygiene Serve as point of continuity for named partner contacts; hand off strategic conversations to internal owners Document workflows and help build the operational playbook You're a Fit If You Have BDR/SDR or partner/channel experience (SIs, resellers, or similar) Communicate clearly and can adjust tone for different partner audiences Are reliable with CRM hygiene and data details Exercise good judgment on escalations Ramp quickly and work independently in ambiguous environments Bonus Experience inside a partner/channel program, hands‑on Salesforce, or playbook‑building background.
