Pay range: $100.00 - $110.00 per hr on W Job Overview This role is a Partner Business Development Representative (Partner BDR) responsible for keeping the partner funnel moving and the operations engine running. The partner ecosystem is growing, creating a steady volume of partner-facing operational work such as recruiting systems integrators (SIs), onboarding and activating new partners, following up on deal registrations, and keeping partner data clean. The role does not involve end-customer contact, deal ownership, or customer correspondence; it focuses on partner operations and SI dialogue. Key Responsibilities Run partner outreach and follow-up - review and send ***-drafted outbound and follow-up sequences to SIs, managing tone, timing, and escalation. Own nuanced SI conversations - answer questions about the partner program, tiers, and incentives, and nudge partners through onboarding and activation. Keep the funnel clean and moving - triage deal registrations, maintain Salesforce hygiene, and prep data using ***-generated checklists and digital workflows. Serve as the point of continuity for a set of named partner contacts, and hand off to the right internal owner when a conversation turns strategic. Help build and refine the playbook - provide feedback on next steps for *** and document workflows so institutional knowledge lives in the playbook. What We're Looking For / Qualifications Have BDR/SDR or partner/channel experience, ideally working with systems integrators, resellers, or other partners rather than only end-customer prospects. Are comfortable running AI-powered workflows - using tools like Claude to move faster, and can judge when to trust or rewrite drafts. Communicate clearly and warmly in writing, adjusting tone for different partner audiences. Are organized and reliable with CRM and pipeline hygiene (Salesforce or similar), and pay attention to data details. Use good judgment on escalations and exceptions, and know when to involve a human owner. Can ramp quickly and work independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment. Strong candidates may also have: experience inside a partner or channel program (deal registration, partner tiers, incentives, onboarding); hands-on Salesforce experience; a track record of documenting or improving repeatable operational processes or playbooks. #J-18808-Ljbffr LeadStack Inc.
