Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Order Management / Customer Operations Specialist to support complex customer accounts and manage customer orders through the fulfillment process. This position will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Operations, and other business functions to ensure accurate order processing, timely fulfillment, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, sales operations, or account management , with strong business-process knowledge and the ability to resolve complex customer and order-related issues.

SAP experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer order entry and fulfillment for complex, high-value, or strategically important customer accounts.
• Review, validate, and process customer order requests in accordance with established business processes, systems, and guidelines.
• Monitor orders through the fulfillment process and proactively address issues that could impact customer service or delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and understand their business needs and requirements.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Operations, and other internal teams to support customer requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order, fulfillment, delivery, and service-related issues.
• Maintain appropriate service levels based on business priorities and customer requirements.
• Evaluate customer requirements against company capabilities and identify practical and cost-effective solutions.
• Support commercial objectives by providing effective order and customer support.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for business systems, processes, and tools .
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and service enhancement .
• Maintain accurate order and customer information within applicable business systems.
• Analyze information and performance data to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree must.
• 2+ years of experience in order management, customer operations, customer service, supply chain, sales operations, account management, logistics, or a related business function.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer requests, orders, accounts, or fulfillment activities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex customer requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook .
• Experience working with SAP or another ERP/business system .
