*** REQUIREMENTS ***

• Eligible to Work on W-2
• Strong Juniper routing background (Cisco routing experience acceptable as secondary)
• Deep troubleshooting mindset-"hands on keyboard" engineer
• Comfortable operating at a high CCNP / lowCCIE level, without moving into architecture-only work
• Ability to clearly explain complex routing issues to leadership during incidents

Job Description

This Role Provides Tier 3 support for WAN, edge, and connectivity services, primarily in a Juniper-based routing environment. focus is support, escalation, and operational ownership

• Handle major incident troubleshooting without pulling in Engineering
• Partner with Engineering during service transitions to ensure the NOC is fully prepared to support new solutions
• Mentor S1/S2 staff on advanced routing and connectivity troubleshooting
• Act as the operational counterpart to Engineering teams that build and deploy connectivity solutions
• Serve as Tier 3 Escalation For:
  • WAN routing
  • Edge connectivity
  • Site-to-site and B2B tunnels
  • Direct Connect and cloud connectivity (AWS/Azure exposure is a plus)
