Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee and manage all day-to-day accounting functions for a growing organization. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling full-cycle accounting processes, and providing timely financial reporting to leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and month-end close activities. Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. Process vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collections. Perform monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations. Process employee payroll and maintain related records. Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. Assist with tax filings and year-end reporting activities. Maintain organized digital and physical financial records. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred. Experience in manufacturing and/or direct-to-consumer sales environments is a plus. What We're Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
