Description Key Responsibilities Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations and project execution. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries. Monitor construction schedules and help ensure milestones are achieved on time. Conduct daily site walks to verify quality, safety, and production standards. Support project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking. Help manage punch list completion and project closeout activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe construction site. Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and ownership groups. Proactively identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or quality. Enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance across all trades. Profile The Successful Candidate 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably within multifamily, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects. Experience supporting field operations on ground‑up construction projects. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and site coordination. Self‑motivated with a desire to develop into a Superintendent role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work. Passion for teamwork, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement. Multifamily construction experience. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. OSHA certification or a strong understanding of jobsite safety practices.
