Location: Minneapolis, MN


Wage: $25 - $30/hr. (Based on experience and tier classification)


Hours: 12-Hour Shift Schedules

• Shift A & Shift B (Day): 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Shift C & Shift D (Night): 6:00 pm - 6:00 am

Duties of the extruder operator:

• Set up, operate, and monitor vertical extrusion machinery to manufacture packaging products
• Conduct inline quality checks, identify print or structural defects, and log daily production metrics
• Stage raw materials, maintain clean extruder work zones, and execute shift handoff reports
• Climb machine stairways and work comfortably on elevated platforms while adhering to GMP, SQF, and PPE rules

Requirements of the extruder operator:

• Basic math proficiency and understanding of both imperial and metric measurement systems
• Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs. and work comfortably at heights on elevated platforms
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) to follow instructions and complete logs
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to stand and walk throughout full 12-hour production shifts
