Enterprise Account Executive - Health and Life Sciences

Overview Salesforce is a leading AI‑powered CRM that partners with enterprises to drive customer success across all industries. This role focuses on the Enterprise Business team, working with strategic customers of 10,000+ employees in the Health and Life Sciences vertical, including payers, providers, MedTech, pharmaceuticals, and biotech. Responsibilities As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the full Salesforce Customer 360 platform. You will build trusted relationships with key decision makers, develop opportunities through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting, and act as a natural advocate for Salesforce value. Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction at assigned accounts. Develop and lead the overall long‑term account strategy aligned to customer business objectives. Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs. Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment. Share the Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers. Drive growth within an existing assigned account. Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: 10 years of full‑cycle sales experience, with at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales. Management of at least one large key account. Ability to strategize with a large extended team. Evaluation based on core competencies for the role, including leadership, military, volunteer, and work experience. Compensation The typical base salary range for this position is $123,200 – $247,800 annually. In California, New York, and select metropolitan areas such as Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range is $135,300 – $272,600 per year. Total compensation may include incentive compensation, equity, and other benefits.
