Overview Are you an experienced TIG welder looking for a steady first-shift opportunity with competitive pay? We are looking for skilled, dependable TIG Stainless Steel Welders who take pride in their work, value quality, and are ready to join a team where their experience and skills are recognized.
Pay will be determined based on experience and performance during the weld test, with starting rates ranging from $20.00-$24.00 per hour.
What you'll do as: Tig Welder You will perform TIG welding on stainless steel, follow work instructions and specifications, set up and operate welding equipment, and produce clean, consistent welds. You will also inspect finished work for quality and accuracy, maintain a safe and organized work area, and complete production assignments while meeting quality standards. Candidates must be flexible, as the schedule may occasionally require 10-hour shifts based onproductionneeds. Skills and Experience

- Previous TIG stainless steel welding experience required
- Must be able to successfully complete an onsite weld test
- 6 months-1 year of recent work experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and weld quality
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work the full scheduled shift
- Safety-minded and team-oriented
- Standing Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods while performing assigned job duties.
