Professional Sales Associate

We have an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven Professional Sales Associate. Automotive experience is preferred but not required. Applicants with experience in customer service, financial services, mortgage industry or hospitality industry have proven to be very successful when switching to an automotive sales career.

The ideal candidates must have a positive, team-player attitude and a high energy, outgoing personality.  They must possess strong verbal & written skills and a desire to learn. Additionally, as a Lexus dealership, we require all associates to maintain a professional appearance, reflective of our luxury environment, at all times.

If selected, we offer (including but not limited to):

• A paid training period - You’ll get $4000/month guarantee for 2 months, starting on day 1!

• Mon - Sat work week with a weekday off.
• Closed all Sundays, Christmas and New Years with one floating Saturday off per year.

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• A valid, unrestricted driver's license (you must be insurable)
• Maintain a clean, acceptable, safe driving record
• Must pass pre-employment screening requirements which include a drug screen, a background check and a Motor Vehicle Report

Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language PHYSICAL DEMANDS
