About The Position Position Title: Governance & Strategy Coordinator Position Overview: As our Governance & Strategy Coordinator, you'll work closely with executive leadership, volunteer leaders, and teams across the organization to support key governance, strategic planning, and organizational initiatives. In this highly visible role, you'll coordinate meetings, communications, travel, materials, and follow-up while helping move important priorities forward. Through hands‑on involvement with Board governance, strategic projects, and cross‑functional initiatives, you'll gain valuable exposure to how decisions are made and how strategy is executed across the organization. Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Compensation Range: $28.00/hr. - $36.50/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills* Location: This position is based on-site at either Visions' headquarters in Endwell, NY (CUC) or our Saddle Brook, NJ office, providing the opportunity to collaborate closely with executive leadership and teams across the organization. What You’ll Do In This Role Provide administrative and executive support for organizational priorities by coordinating calendars, meetings, communications, travel, agendas, minutes, presentations, records, and follow‑up. Support Board governance and volunteer leadership by preparing materials, tracking schedules and deadlines, coordinating education and conferences, and maintaining alignment with policies and bylaws.
