About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President / Project Executive to spearhead its U.S. Military construction expansion in the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with over 20 years' experience in the construction industry, particularly in U.S. Military construction. This role is pivotal in providing executive leadership for U.S. Federal construction pursuits and awarded projects, supporting business development, and leading project delivery from preconstruction to closeout. Key responsibilities include establishing project execution strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing project financial performance, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a background in both horizontal and vertical construction, with a focus on airfield infrastructure and facilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects valued at $100M or more. Applicants for this role at The Company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related discipline. The position requires a candidate with strong executive-level project leadership and business development capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Experience with NAVFAC and USACE is essential, and Air Force client/project experience is strongly preferred. The role demands a high level of commitment, including the ability and willingness to travel frequently and the potential for relocation to the UK as the company's international workload expands. The Vice President / Project Executive will play a key role in the company's growth, helping to establish and expand its long-term Federal construction presence in the region.
