About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Hotel Revenue & Strategy to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic revenue leader with a proven track record in driving profitability, analyzing market trends, and developing data-driven strategies to maximize hotel performance. This role is pivotal in shaping pricing strategy, forecasting demand, and optimizing RevPAR performance. The VP will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive revenue strategies, leading the annual revenue budgeting process, and providing expert guidance to hotel leadership. A strong understanding of various market segments and advanced knowledge of revenue management systems is essential. Applicants for the VP of Hotel Revenue & Strategy position at the company should have a background in hotel revenue management, forecasting, and strategic pricing optimization. Experience in leading revenue strategy for full-service, luxury, resort, or high-volume hotel environments is required.
