You'll also be responsible for keeping our community within budget and finding ways to increase revenue and control expenses. An important part of your job will be helping to create the annual operating budgets and explaining any significant differences from the approved budgets. You'll also oversee marketing efforts to maintain a strong presence in the community and keep the facility full.In addition to these responsibilities, you will manage a team of associates. This will include recruiting, training, and retaining employees, as well as making sure that all personnel policies and procedures are followed. You'll be supervising all staff and encouraging them to perform their best and grow in their roles.
