Hiring for Assemblers in Fountain Inn pays up to $20/hr. (Contract to hire)

1st and 2nd shift

Ensamblar estructuras, subconjuntos, sistemas de enfriamiento y componentes de gabinetes utilizando herramientas manuales y eléctricas. Instalar herrajes mecánicos, barras colectoras (busbars), soportes, bandejas para cables y componentes estructurales de acuerdo con planos de ingeniería e instrucciones de fabricación. Realizar la alineación de piezas mecánicas y seguir esquemas eléctricos y diagramas de cableado. Guiar, cortar, pelar, prensar (crimpar) y terminar cables y arneses eléctricos. Instalar componentes eléctricos, documentar resultados y comunicar problemas a los ingenieros o líderes de proyecto. Leer e interpretar planos, esquemas e instrucciones de trabajo con precisión. Realizar inspecciones de calidad durante el proceso para garantizar que el ensamblaje cumpla con todos los estándares. Utilizar una tableta para localizar órdenes de trabajo y levantar hasta 50 libras.

Ensamblar, modificar, retrabajar y volver a ensamblar componentes de producción utilizando planos, listas de materiales, documentación de procesos e instrucciones verbales. Realizar operaciones de ensamblaje repetitivas y especializadas para cumplir con los estándares de calidad y producción, efectuar verificaciones básicas de calidad e identificar defectos o no conformidades. Utilizar herramientas manuales y eléctricas como destornilladores eléctricos, pelacables y herramientas de crimpeado.

• Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos y esquemas técnicos.
• Habilidad en el uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas para tareas de ensamblaje.

Los horarios de trabajo son de 6:00 a. m. a 2:30 p. m. y de 9pm. a 5:30am. , con un horario actual de jornadas de 10 horas por día . Los empleados deben estar dispuestos a trabajar horas extras cuando sea necesario.

El trabajo se realiza en dos ubicaciones:

• Fountain Inn, sobre Southchase Blvd.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fountain Inn, SC.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Fountain Inn,SC.
