Blended Case Manager (Carbon-Monroe-Pike Counties)

Starting Pay and Compensation: Base hourly rate: Up to $25+, adjustable based on experience and qualifications. Credit given for previous experience. For hours over 25 weekly: Rate increases to an average of up to $28+/hour. For hours beyond 33 weekly: Elevates to an average of up to $34+/hour. Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $45,000 to $55,000. • 500 cell phone stipend of up to annually.
• 2,500 annually for on-call, contingent upon on-call duties performed.

Requirements: We welcome all candidates who align with the following criteria: Bachelor's degree with major coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or, Registered nurse; or, High school diploma holders and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers.
