Job Description NextShining is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our team in New York. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, assist with promotional strategies, contribute to campaign planning, and help strengthen customer and brand engagement. Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. Support the development of strategies designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaborate with team members on marketing projects, presentations, and campaign materials. Help coordinate promotional activities and marketing events. Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and internal teams. Gather feedback and market insights to help improve future campaigns. Maintain accurate records and provide updates on ongoing marketing activities. Contribute creative ideas for new campaigns and business initiatives. Support the marketing team in achieving departmental and company objectives. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and brand development. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take on new responsibilities. Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
