Part Time/PRN Receptionist

Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the facility in a professional and friendly manner. Follow emergency protocol to avoid elopement of residents that are not to leave the facility without supervision. Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels Forward incoming general e-mails to the appropriate staff members Forward voice mail/phone calls to the appropriate staff members Assist with financial reports as required Month end duties as required Meet with Administrator and direct manager to prepare meeting agendas and supporting material as directed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
