Description - What You Will Do

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical tests across various domains, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond, adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure result accuracy through diligent analysis, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples meticulously for testing when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of procedures, train new colleagues or students, and uphold the highest standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a secure and clean working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment period.
