Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and strengths, as well as available resources.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy using recognized evidence-based modalities tailored to clients’ specific needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals that consider each client’s background and unique circumstances.

• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis interventions when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and relevant regulations.

• Lead psychoeducation sessions and support groups to enhance therapeutic outcomes and provide valuable resources to clients.

Qualifications\n
