Since 1893, Backus Hospital has been the primary source of healthcare services for much of Eastern Connecticut. We are home to the only trauma center in New London and Windham counties and are the only area hospital with LIFE STAR helicopter services. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in exercise physiology or similar science-based allied health curriculum. Master's Degree in exercise physiology or similar science-based allied health curriculum preferred.

Experience: 3 to 6 month clinical internship in stress testing. One (1) year clinical experience in stress testing preferred.

Licensure, Certification, Registration: BSN, certified as ACSM Certified clinical exercise physiologist or eligible.
