Location: Boston,MA | Philadelphia, PA | New York,NY | Washington, DC | San Francisco, CA | Silicon Valley, CA Compensation: $235,000–$310,000 About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate (2–4 years) to join its nationally recognized Life Sciences practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with innovative, venture-backed life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies throughout every stage of their growth—from formation and financing to public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have strong general corporate experience gained at a comparable law firm and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. While prior experience representing life sciences companies is preferred, candidates with a genuine interest in the industry and a strong transactional background are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Represent private and public companies in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters Advise venture-backed companies through all stages of the corporate life cycle Handle venture capital and private equity financings, including preferred equity transactions Assist with public company matters, including SEC reporting and registered securities offerings Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic corporate transactions Advise clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters Manage significant components of sophisticated transactions while collaborating closely with partners and clients Qualifications 2–4 years of corporate transactional experience at a comparable law firm Experience with: Venture capital and equity financings Mergers & acquisitions Public company representation Registered securities offerings SEC reporting and compliance Corporate governance Experience representing life sciences companies is preferred but not required Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on complex transactions Strong academic credentials Admission to the applicable state bar (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) Hybrid schedule with Fridays remote Opportunity to work with one of the nation'spremier Life Sciences corporate practices Sophisticated transactional work with cutting-edge companies across the healthcare, biotechnology, and technology sectors Collaborative team environment with excellent professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr CF Legal Recruiting and Staffing
