Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, driven attorney to join and help grow our Savannah, Georgia office. This is an ideal opportunity for a hardworking practitioner who wants ownership of meaningful work, direct client relationships, and a real role in building something. You will handle a range of transactional and advisory matters while contributing to the continued growth of our presence in the Southeast. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on corporate, transactional, and commercial matters, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including equipment purchase, sale, lease, financing, and rental contracts Support clients through domestic and international transactions with practical, business-minded counsel Assist with dispute resolution matters, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation as needed Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact Collaborate with attorneys and staff across our offices to deliver seamless, high-quality service Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia (or eligibility for admission) 3+ years of relevant legal experience, with a background in corporate, transactional, or commercial law strongly preferred Strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the work done Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters independently while maintaining attention to detail Interest in the equipment, rental, manufacturing, or auto industries is a plus What We Offer A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your contributions have visible impact, direct client exposure, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to help shape and grow our Savannah office.
